iNOW means "me, now".
The name is meant to convey that now is the time to think of yourself and realise yourself. Sit down and design your own clothing line according to your individual wishes and ideas. Now you are the centre of attention!

Order and prices

You are welcome to contact us by E-mail (info@inow.ch) or Phone so that we can explain the exact procedure to you. You can also find out how the procedure normally works here read up.

We have two different ways of doing this:

  1. You select the desired articles from our product range and place them in the offer shopping cart. As soon as you have sent the request, you will receive your offer conveniently by e-mail.
  2. You contact us by e-mail or phone, we advise you personally and put together a non-binding offer for you. You will receive the offer by e-mail within the next few days.

Our prices are based on Staffel pricesThe exact numbers of pieces/sizes are in a first step but not so important yet. You just need to have an approximate number in mind so that we offer you ae non-binding Offer compile can. 

Before your order goes into production, we need the exact quantities and size information.

There is no minimum order quantity, we already produce from one piece.

Graduated prices mean that the price changes according to the number of pieces per product. For example, if you take 5 pieces (regardless of size) of the same product, you will get the 5-piece scale price, but if you take 10 pieces, you will get the 10-piece scale price.

Our price scales are as follows: 1 - 4 pcs. = 1 scale price / 5 - 9 pcs. = 5 scale price / 10 - 19 pcs. = 10 scale price / 20 - 29 pcs. = 20 scale price / 30 - 49 pcs. = 30 scale price / 50 - 74 pcs. 50 scale price / 75 - 99 pcs. = 75 scale price / 100 - 199 pcs. = 100 scale price / 200 - 299 pcs. = 200 scale price / 300 and more pcs. No, the scale applies per product (irrespective of size).

No, once the order is in production, no more changes are possible. However, if you have forgotten one or the other item, you can place a new order. Attention, the prices will be readjusted according to the selected quantities.

Design

Either you already have an existing design, which our graphic designers will revise and place on our cutting templates. Or you can tell us your ideas and our designers will create 2-3 proposals according to your wishes. On the basis of the suggestions provided, you give us your change requests and we implement them accordingly.

The more information you give us, the better! The possibilities are (almost) unlimited, so let us know if you want your design to be simple and classy or colourful and crazy. Send us all the logos/pictures/lettering etc. that you would like to have on your product. If you are unsure, you can this form and send it to us.

Logos must be vectorised, possible file types are .eps / .ai / .svg / .pdf .
All rights to the data you supply must belong to you.

Vector files often end with the following abbreviations: .ai / .eps / .svg / .pdf (partly, must be checked). Vectors are data converted into curves and paths.
There is no loss of quality with enlargements and the colours can be changed without any problems. If lettering (car, board) has been produced, the responsible advertising technician could supply these file formats.

If you don't have exact colour information (Pantone colours), we can send you a colour fan where you can easily determine your colours from home. If you are still unsure about your colour choice despite the colour fan, we will be happy to advise you.

Your data is carefully stored with us and can be accessed again at any time.

If all rights of the design are with you, the design can be taken over (as far as it is realisable). Either way, our graphic designers must revise your design and place it on our cutting templates.

Team shop

A team shop is an online shop that is created especially for you or your club/company/business. If you, as the person responsible for the material, have defined exactly which products and which design you would like to offer your members/employees/customers, we will create an online shop for you with your own products. The team shop will be created for you free of charge from an order value of CHF 2,000.00 or EUR 2,000.00.

As soon as your team shop has been created, you as the person responsible for the material will receive a link that leads directly to the login page of your team shop. You can send this link to your members/employees/customers so that everyone can create their personal login and conveniently order online.

The products in your team shop are collected and produced to order. Since the order has to be sent to production at a certain time in order to reach you on time, each shop has predefined opening periods. The opening and closing dates are set by the person responsible for the material. If your team shop is suddenly no longer available, it is possible that the opening periods are over and the shop has now been closed.

Size pattern

If you are unsure about your size, we can send you a sample set. Please try on with underwear only. Damaged or used size samples will be charged to you.
Another option is to refer to our size chart, which is available for each product individually. You can also find the size charts here.

Simply contact us by e-mail or phone! You can also order samples via our website. Just fill out the form and the samples will be delivered to you within 2 working days, subject to availability.

You can keep the samples for 14 days. Please contact us if you need the samples for longer.

Unfortunately not. The samples are exclusively for a fitting with underwear. Used or damaged samples will be charged.

No, the samples are exclusively for sampling and are not for sale.

Production, delivery times and shipping

The delivery period is 6 to 8 weeks from the date we receive your written confirmation and the order is sent into production.

You are welcome to give us your preferred date. We will do our best to meet it. Please note that the shortest delivery time is 6-8 weeks. Express deliveries must be clarified on a case-by-case basis and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.

You will make someone else very happy! No, seriously, let us know as soon as possible and we will try to intercept and/or redirect the order. Please send us an email with your order number and the correct address and we will get in touch with you.

Our goods are shipped by DHL / PostPac Priority / DPD depending on the warehouse of origin. If you are not present when your order arrives, you will be notified by the parcel delivery company. In the event of transport damage or shortages, please inform us by telephone or e-mail as soon as possible after receipt of the parcel.

The shipping costs are CHF 9.00. For orders over CHF 2'000.00 there are no shipping costs.

Your goods are produced in China. We have our own production facility with strict quality controls and use materials from all over the world. The price of our clothing is not only in line with the quality, but also with the good working standards that our employees in China benefit from.

Your goods will be shipped from China. Depending on availability, the goods will then be shipped from the DE distribution warehouse or the CH warehouse.

Terms of payment

You can pay by credit card, TWINT or on account.

If you pay by credit card or TWINT, the invoice amount will be deducted immediately and you do not need to take any further steps.
In case of payment on account, the invoice comes with the delivery, payment within 10 days.

Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot take back custom products. Your product was designed especially for you and therefore cannot be returned. To ensure that the size fits you perfectly, you have received a size sample set in advance.

Mistakes are human and happen to the best of us, but we apologise for the inconvenience! So if your product has a production error, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss how to proceed.

Please never send goods to us without contacting us first. The best way is to send us an email or call us. In most cases, we will ask you to send a picture of the product in question so that we can discuss the problem internally and find the best solution for you.
