From the 1st customer contact to the receipt of the order
This is how it works with iNOW
PRODUCT & PATTERN SELECTION
Select your products from the appropriate category. You can also order a free sample selection to your home. You can convince yourself of the quality and cut. If required, we will be happy to advise you by phone, video chat or in person on site.
OFFER AND PRICES
Our prices are based on Staffel prices. The exact numbers of pieces/sizes are in a first step but not so important yet. You just need to have an approximate number in mind so that we offer you ae non-binding Offer compile can.
Only before your order goes into production do we need the exact quantities and size information.
Attention: once the order is in production, no more changes are possible. However, if you have forgotten one or the other item, you can place a new order. Attention: the prices will be readjusted according to the selected quantities.
SAMPLE ORDER
If you are unsure about your size, we can send you a sample set. Please try on with underwear only. Damaged or used size samples will be charged to you.
Another option is to refer to our size chart, which is available for each product individually. You can also find the size charts here.
The samples are for sampling purposes only and are not for sale.
DESIGN & FITTING
As soon as you have selected your desired garment, we start the design process. But what would your new jersey be without a proper fitting? If you like, we will send you the complete size sets of all selected products for a fortnight.
DESIGN PROCEDURE
1. tell us your wishes and ideas with the help of sketches, photos, style guide or other information.
Our graphics team will create the first design proposals on a top of your choice based on your specifications and send them to you.
3. you decide which variant you like best and tell us your change requests.
In the best case it takes 2 rounds of changes until the final design is fixed.
5. when the design is complete, we will transfer it to all other items and send you all the designs..
GRAPHIC COSTS
The one-off graphic costs include several initial proposals. Subsequently, 2 rounds of changes, as well as the complete implementation on all further products.
Tops: CHF / EUR 160.-
Trousers: CHF / EUR 60.-
Accessories: CHF / EUR 25.-
Colour change: CHF / EUR 50.-
Please note that the graphic costs will still be charged if the order is cancelled.
DATA SUPPLIED
In order for us to create your design and make your outfit look perfect, we need the correct file types for delivered logos.
Below you will find the specifications so that your project can be created without any problems:
1. please supply logos in vectors.
2 All rights of the data supplied by you belong to you.
VECTOR DATA
Vectors are data converted into curves and paths.
There is no loss of quality when enlarged and the colours can be easily adjusted. If lettering (car, board) has been produced, the responsible advertising technician or graphic designer could supply these file formats.
Vector data often end with the following abbreviations: .ai / .eps / .svg / .pdf
PIXEL DATA (IMAGES)
Photos, for example, are pixel-based. When enlarged, the individual pixels appear.
The quality is not optimal for logos, and a white background is often visible. Please always use logos in vectors, not
pixel-based delivery.
Pixel data often end with the following abbreviations: .tiff / .jpg / .png
ORDER & TEAMSHOP
Now you have two options: Either you order the exact quantities directly from iNOW or you use our team shop and enable all authorised persons to place the order themselves in a simple and uncomplicated way.
WHAT IS A TEAMSHOP?
A team shop is an online shop that is created especially for you or your club/company/business.
If you, as the person responsible for the material, have defined exactly which products and which design you would like to offer your members/employees/customers, we will create an online shop for you with your own products.
The Teamshop will be created for you free of charge from an order value of CHF 2'000.00 or EUR 2'000.00.
WHO CAN SHOP IN MY TEAM SHOP?
OPENING PERIODS OF YOUR TEAM SHOP
The products in your team shop are collected and produced to order. Since the order has to be sent to production at a certain time in order to reach you on time, each shop has defined opening periods. The opening and closing dates are determined by the person responsible for the material.
If your team shop is suddenly no longer accessible, it may be that the opening periods have passed and the shop has now been closed.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
The delivery period is 6 - 8 weeks from the date on which we have received your written confirmation and the order is sent into production. You are welcome to give us your preferred delivery date. We will do our best to meet it. Please note that the shortest delivery time is 6 - 8 weeks. Express deliveries must be clarified on a case-by-case basis and unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.
Our goods are shipped by DHL / PostPac Priority / DPD depending on the warehouse of origin. If you are not present when your order arrives, you will be notified by the parcel delivery company. In the event of transport damage or shortages, please inform us by telephone or e-mail as soon as possible after receipt of the parcel.
Terms of payment
You can pay by credit card, invoice or TWINT. If you pay by credit card or TWINT, the invoice amount will be deducted immediately and you do not need to take any further steps. If you pay by invoice, the invoice will be sent with the delivery, payment within 30 days.
Returns
Does your product have a production error? Mistakes are human and happen to the best of us, but we apologise for the inconvenience! So if your product has a production defect, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can discuss how to proceed.
